Won a Copart Vehicle? We Collect and Deliver It

Copart Vehicle Collection and Delivery: What You Need to Know

Won a vehicle through Copart and need to get it home, to a garage or to a bodyshop? Arranging transport is an important part of the process, particularly when the vehicle is damaged, a non-runner or not suitable to drive away.

We provide independent Copart vehicle collection and delivery for cars, vans, 4x4s, project vehicles and light commercial vehicles. We can arrange collection from the relevant Copart operation centre and delivery to your home, garage, bodyshop, dealership, storage facility or another agreed destination.

We are an independent vehicle recovery and transport provider and are not affiliated with Copart.

How does Copart vehicle collection work?

Once you have purchased your vehicle, you will need to complete the required payment and make sure the vehicle has been released for collection. You should also confirm the collection arrangements and any current site requirements directly with Copart.

Once the vehicle is ready for collection, send us the relevant details so we can assess the collection and delivery requirements.

The process is straightforward:

  1. Win the vehicle and arrange its release with Copart.
  2. Send us the Copart operation centre, lot number and vehicle details.
  3. Tell us the vehicle condition and whether it starts, rolls and steers.
  4. Provide the collection details and delivery postcode.
  5. We arrange the vehicle collection and transport to your chosen destination.

What information do we need for a Copart collection?

Providing accurate information before collection helps us plan the right recovery and transport arrangement.

Ideally, send us:

  • Copart operation-centre name
  • Lot number
  • Vehicle registration
  • Make and model
  • Collection or release reference, where applicable
  • Confirmed collection date or slot
  • Whether keys are available
  • Whether the vehicle starts
  • Whether the vehicle rolls and steers
  • Details of any accident or mechanical damage
  • Information about damaged wheels, suspension or tyres
  • Delivery postcode
  • Any access restrictions at the delivery address

This information is particularly important when collecting damaged or non-running vehicles.

Can you collect a Copart non-runner?

Yes, we can discuss collection of non-running Copart vehicles, subject to the vehicle condition, dimensions, access and loading requirements.

Copart vehicles can have a wide range of conditions. Some may have flat tyres, damaged suspension, missing keys, locked steering or significant accident damage.

A vehicle that rolls and steers freely may require a different collection arrangement from one with a damaged wheel or locked steering.

For this reason, it’s important to tell us about the vehicle condition before the collection is arranged.

Copart damaged vehicle collection

Many vehicles purchased through Copart are damaged or require repair before they can be driven.

We can discuss collection and delivery for:

  • Accident-damaged cars
  • Salvage vehicles
  • Non-runners
  • Vehicles with flat tyres
  • Cars with mechanical faults
  • Restoration and project vehicles
  • Damaged 4x4s
  • Vans and light commercial vehicles

Collection is subject to safe access and suitable loading arrangements.

Where can we deliver a Copart vehicle?

We can arrange delivery to a range of destinations, including:

  • Your home
  • Private driveway
  • Independent garage
  • Main dealer
  • Bodyshop
  • Workshop
  • Storage facility
  • Trade premises
  • Dealership
  • Other agreed accessible locations

If you’re having the vehicle delivered to your home, let us know about any narrow access, gates, steep driveways, parking restrictions or other access issues.

For garage and bodyshop deliveries, make sure the destination can accept the vehicle on the planned delivery date and that someone is available to receive it.

Copart collection and delivery across the UK

We can discuss Copart vehicle collection and delivery from Copart operation centres to destinations across the UK.

If you are buying a vehicle located some distance from your home, arranging transport can be more practical than attempting to drive the vehicle yourself, particularly if it is damaged, uninsured for road use, a non-runner or otherwise unsuitable to drive.

Send us the Copart location, lot number, vehicle condition and delivery postcode and we can discuss the collection requirements.

Are you affiliated with Copart?

No. We are an independent vehicle recovery and transport provider.

You remain responsible for completing your Copart purchase, payment, vehicle release and collection arrangements. Before collection, confirm the latest Copart requirements and collection procedures directly with Copart.

Once the vehicle is released and ready for collection, we can arrange the independent transport.
